Wyland
Wyland
Sometimes inevitability dictates the roads we take, leading us to fateful coincidences, Craigslist ads, and a little bit of blind luck. That's exactly how four-piece Wyland came to be.

Marrying atmospheric rock with a modern pop sensibility and traditional strings and piano, Wyland skillfully crafts tunes that show appreciation for both the present and the past. The band has appeared alongside quite an impressive roster thus far, including Mumford & Sons, Alabama Shakes, and the Vaccines, to name a few.

The up-and-coming quartet has received much praise from publications like The Jersey Journal, PopMatters, The Deli and All Things Go. CMJ stated, "Wyland has an instantly digestible sound. The band blends suburban angst with city kid confidence."
Melodime
Melodime
Melodime's americana-flavored songs merge a slight country twang with rock and roll, successfully blending stunning piano melodies with catchy guitar riffs and sing-along choruses.

Melodime, featuring Brad Rhodes (lead vocals, acoustic guitar), Sammy Duis (piano, organ, bass), Tyler Duis (drums), and Jon Wiley (guitar, mandolin, dobro, bg vocals), has performed 125+ shows annually throughout the continental United States, sharing the stage with such well-known acts as  Sam Hunt, Jonny Lang, A Thousand Horses, and Sister Hazel. The band has also left its mark internationally with performances in Mexico, Canada, and Europe, all while founding and running a charity, ‘Now I Play Along Too,’ which provides musical instruments and lessons to underprivileged children in the DC area, Florida and Haiti. The band is quickly becoming a fan-favorite in the festival scene, playing four consecutive Rock Boat  cruises, as well as Musikfest, Herndon Festival and other events. Around their hometown of Northern Virginia, the group has performed at such popular venues as The Hamilton, The State Theatre, and 9:30 Club.

Melodime's latest single, "Little Thing Called Love,” has received a great response from both fans and critics alike. The Boot describe the track as "catchy, lyrically strong - and perfect to listen to with the windows down during the summertime months," while Tune Collective describes the track as a “fun song bursting with vibrant uplifting energy." Kings of A&R featured the band as a buzzing act, and The Washington Post noted "It doesn’t pay for those who want to say ‘I saw them way back when’ to procrastinate."  Melodime’s previous albums were recorded with platinum-selling producers, including Where the Sinners & the Saints Collide with Rick Beato  (Parmalee, NeedToBreathe), and 3 Reasons For Fighting with Jim Ebert (Butch Walker, Cowboy Mouth).
Sunbathers
Sunbathers
Sunbathers are an indie rock band that formed in the fall of 2013. Drawing from a wide range of influences, the band filters their brand of indie rock through a decidedly pop-conscious lens. Sunbathers started out playing numerous bars and house shows in the DC/Baltimore area, while beginning to hone their original sound. They have since graduated to established regional venues such as Black Cat, Rock & Roll Hotel, & Baltimore Soundstage. This past June Sunbathers performed at WTMD's First Thursdays concert series to a crowd of over 2,000.

In November 2015, the band released its debut self-titled EP, and their music has since received regular airplay on Baltimore's WTMD radio station, and been featured on HypeMachine, several official Spotify playlists, and a multitude of indie music blogs & YouTube channels.
